I also don't understand why Poco gets different treatment. I suppose they want to encourage custom rom lol. Someone was complaining on GSMarena that there is no per app refresh rate setting when then interview mentioned it have. Have you tried the headphone jack, is it meh or actually fine? and does it heat up a lot with the default fast charging?

Hope they will update Poco more quickly too since it always lag behind Xiaomi line.

I also ter-pulled trigger yesterday, can't resist the price and headphone jack, but the tracking system doesn't show any update yet so not sure if really have to wait for 20 days.

It has per app refresh rate setting in "Display" settings, so that part is true. The headphone is alright, I'm not noticing any difference when using my Sony XM3 wired plugged in.

Surprisingly It doesn't heat up when charging via 67W, but Poco F5 does feel warmer when you transfer data over the USB 2.0 port, when I was transferring data from F3 to F5 via cable.

And the F5 feels warmer than F3 under heavier use, not sure whether it means better heat dissipation or poor insulation.

Overall, hardware wise, F5 is currently a win (except for the worse stereo speakers), software wise, F5 feels like a 5/10 software experience in its early state, whereas F3 was a 7/10 software experience for me. My camera backup, Pixel 4a 5G has a 9/10 software experience for my taste.

Hi just tested it out the 67W Poco F5 charger can turbo charge your Mi 10T Pro at 33W. I have both the units at home~ 😎 It won't damage your phone since the charger only delivering 33W to your Mi 10T Pro. Just like the other poster said, it won't damage your phone, because the charger delivers accordingly how much your phone charging power support up to.

Can i use the 67W poco F5 charger to charge my other redmi/poco phone who only supports 18W and 33W? is there any bad adverse effect on the phone battery?

I have Xiaomi eu installed on my F2 Pro with no issue. I can use my banking apps just fine and it passes safety net.

F5 camera is better than F1. And did you mean Xiaomi 12 Lite? Because Xiaomi 13 Lite not in Malaysia yet.

If between Xiaomi 12 Lite and Poco F5, Poco F5 is the better buy.

rn12t doesnt support Malaysia 5G. I'm not sure if install eu rom will solve this issue. Pls update if it can support 5G after flashing eu rom.

Does your flash illuminate at both segments?
Looks like only one side is turning on.

Thanks that is good to know. I don't think I can carry 2 phones with me haha I'll make do with the F5 camera and use dslr when needed. Software side really nothing much can do if the updates are slow and don't want to use custom ROM, it is something I knew before buying it. Still if it is durable then no regrets thumbsup.gif

Hi, just checking. I tried to plug in USB-C cable directly to transfer files from my old Poco F2 Pro to the new F5. When it's detected, there was a prompt to select either Downloads or Camera Importer. So we should choose Downloads to perform the transfer ya?

Hi again, please help to check your F5 flash module if it's 1 led or 2 led. I might have a lemon and want to return. On my unit only the bottom part is turning on. Tq
