Idiots in what sense? If there's 4 lanes but then becomes 2 lanes, cars would have to merge. Merging is the major cause of jams
*
Because the other lanes are to go towards Glenmarie or Subang, but instead of queuing up they take up another lane trying to cut in thus creating another backlog.

I see. Unethical behaviour, many cases like that along highways.

Don't la, you close I won't get to go back hahaha. But ya, the U-turn is dangerous during traffic hours. The option should be to make those coming up from Federal to only be able to turn post that U-turn, rather than having them trying to wedge 3 lanes to cut into the U-turn area.

Nowdays I just go straight towards USJ and use the backlane through boom city and turn out from Petron instead.

There's hardly any accidents at the roundabout itself, but rather the jam is due to the spillover from entering Federal and idiots who jam up 4 lanes into 2.

*
smart move!

but sometimes "they" do roadblock there around 5PM lol

perhaps in the future they should close this small exit instead. very annoying during peak hour.

Isn't Isola the stupid one where there's a LRT track cutting directly across?
*

and this signboard has long gone

I have seen many accidents happened there lately due to some outsiders tried to get into the 1st lane last minute

No point la. Imagine buying a house where you can't open your windows for pretty much the entire time.

This is literally how close the track is to a residential unit.

Bear in mind it wasn't there when people purchased it, so if you did bought the lower floor units facing that side, you got the short end of the stick with no recourse.

This would be true if you assume your own specific circumstances. There are other non-monetary factors that lead to people’s decisions. What work for others wouldn’t work for you, vice versa. This is more true once you have children/bigger family.

currently got 228 units for rent there
1/2 of it might duplicate ads, so you are looking at 100 units perhaps, for rental at that condo alone

there are 370 units there altogether

https://www.propertyguru.com.my/property-fo...-residency-1540

so, if you are looking for one, will you rent a unit facing the lrt for rm2.5K or more when u get other choice as well around the area?
