Okay fair enough. What do you think about Teja on the noise level? It’s being shielded from Komuter, LRT and Federal. I currently live around Batu Tiga, facing Elite and next to factory. So kinda used to loud noise all the time.

Currently the traffic is bad during peak hour, other than that, it should be ok ( for now )

as u get older, your ears will be more sensitive with noise from outside, that's what my doctor said
nowadays I cant even stand the sound of ac compressors coming from my neighbor's unit
