in any case, it's best to go to the branch where you placed your FD to settle the issue

It will follow your saving/current account home branch.

I have this FD with maybank branch before, that was when I went to the branch and do the FD myself.
Thereafter, I saw the eFD appears in my maybank2u. So i can see my FD now online via Maybank2u.

I am thinking, if i want to top up, can I do it via maybank2u online? without having to go to bank branch and fo the top up?

I don't think so. You need to visit home branch when you top-up more deposit into your fixed deposit which you applied in any maybank branch, they has given a slip to you I believe. But in eFD, you can top-up directly from M2U, same as you create your eFD in M2U.

I have my eFD appear in Maybank2u after i deposit my FD at Maybank branch.

So was wonder whether can I top up directly in eFD instead of going to Maybank Branch?

Since you have the certificate, I think you need to deal with the certificate at the home branch even though M2U has the details of that particular FD.

I have efixeddeposit, but now I want to cancel, the maturity date is 23 march. How should I do so that the deposit amount will credit back to my saving account.

Thank you~~~

Imteen account is not allow to open efixed deposit account, you need to terminate it and open a new savings account.
Walk in and the bank will help you to do it~~
