DIY can be setted. Just keep setting and trying without putting the caps on, if not very mafan.
Till the tension is very nice to play with.

take out the springs and squish it with a pair of pliers then install it back
I guess you can now screw it to the max and still turn smoothly smile.gif

I hope this helps

I don't think there's any store selling those puzzles yet, unless you're talking about chinaminx or china brand 7x7x7, lol......

So, probably you have to buy from websites....

And yeah, Rubik's brand cubes turns badly......finger tricks is impossible.....
From 2x2x2 to 5x5x5, none of it turns well......

My old burned in cube broke. Bought a new one, lubed, but not as smooth and cannot do corner cutting like the old one. Keep getting stucked.

My clown cube does get stuck though but dunno yours is up to what extent.Yes it can cut corners smile.gif

I think the main problem should be with your F2L times not so much of the OLL/PLL

If possible, do post your F2L times inclusive of the cross smile.gif I guess 25-35 secs should be quite okay already tongue.gif

My F2L + Cross currently is about 25secs to 35secs.

If I didn't fidget, and not stuck, I think I can hit an avg of 45secs.

Don't know why I keep getting stuck with my brand new lubed cube summore. sad.gif

So your cross and last layer takes 10secs? Impossible that fast. D: Unless you're really good at your OLLs and PLLs.
