hey
I cube too
2x2 average of 15 seconds
3x3 average of 40 seconds.(with the most popular method,F2L,OLL,PLL)
4x4 average of 3 minutes sad.gif
5x5 belum learn lagi tongue.gif

for people who don't know where to find stickers,
why not go to stationary shop, buy those A4 sheets of sticker paper, make stickers out of it?

I did that for my cube and it's awesome.
It still tends to peel but it's better than stock cube stickers.

Hmm, quite a good time, consider you're using the beginner's method......

You can try searching around the Internet for F2L algorithms.....even though you're not encouraged to memorize them, but it's a way to start.....

By the way, you might wanna learn 2-Look OLL and full PLL.....which can cut down your time quite a lot also.....
*
I don't think it's even needed to memorise them
it's logic
it's more like common sense
most of my friends know how to use f2l in just 2 days

I think two part epoxy is better in this case

parts you'll need
-of course,two part epoxy
-some clamps that holds small objects
-cotton swab for cleaning

remove the broken piece first
then see how those pieces fits.
mix your two part epoxy and apply on the broken part and stick them together
you'll need some clamps to hold the broken pieces together while drying smile.gif
leave it to dry for a day or two even if it say 5 minutes only ( be sure to clean the excessive glue )

good luck on gluing and cleaning up smile.gif

I broke my rubiks. T___T

So I'm using my DIY one, but that pops out very easily. If screw too tight cannot turn doh.gif
*
take out the springs and squish it with a pair of pliers then install it back
I guess you can now screw it to the max and still turn smoothly smile.gif

I hope this helps

Thanks will try it.

yup
top to bottom
don't do it on the sides or you'll destroy the springs

True, it's not that fun anyway, very similar to playing a virtual cube, like playing 1 in Gabbasoft using computer.....

Playing with a real cube would be more better, well, that's what I think.....
*
playing BIG cubes are only fun on gabbasoft if you can't afford it

anyway,nothing beats the real thing

kytz & the rest,

what are you guys using to lube your cubes ? i've used the crc silicone but that's not exactly liquid based lube.

i'm thinking of looking for the shock oil which should be available at our RC shops here smile.gif
*
I used a different silicone... not crc
it dries rock hard and leaves a coat of silky smooth layer smile.gif

oil isn't good for cubes as they may leak and ruin your stickers and grip...
go for the dry thing... not wet ones tongue.gif

I also use another type of silicone

It's in a blue can smile.gif
TefTech I think... not sure tongue.gif

Using CRC silicone spray,Heavy Duty.Seems to work well.

_skeevs is using it now but he don't like it as he say it's liquid based lube
maybe he meant the oily feel
