i dun mind paying for this kinda hedgie
mine struggle like mad during bathing time

esp now with the wheels, everyday he play and play
even eating also cant compare with playing in the wheels
now not fat and chubby liao, coz always play the wheel, can play at least 5 hours daily
with the wheel he become quite dirty coz always poo and pee on the wheel

a hedgie tat enjoys bath is really good

If you brave to hold them and touch them, hedgehog is quite nice 1.
You just need bath them and clean the staff then anything is ok, but sure need to play with them, quite lonely 1 hedgehog.

wanna ask something...
is there any differences buy male and female hedgies? I mean should I choose which one to buy 1st then decide? lol

just asking.... cuz' I still want to know more bout hedgie... besides most of u here got one so can tell me any experiences u got from ur hedgie?? ^^

hedgehog live alone right? I mean no need other hedgehog otherwise planning to pair it right?

Hedgies and gliders have totally different needs and care.

The biggest difference is that hedgies are solitary, while gliders need constant companion

nophie, I'm sugar glider and hedgehog owner, but i just got 1 of them.
So i need take more time with my sugar glider, sometime she bark at midnight i also go have a look if i wake up already.

For me, i like give my hedgehog having bath, because that time i can touch it anywhere, it just like cool down by the water.

Hahaah... patience, sure can get your hoglet lah heheheheh.... Most petshops here got little knowledge, so best is to look for breeders so they can tell you their experience and also how to care for the pet properly.

In Indo, gliders and hedgehogs are cheap.... RM50 each.... here pricey lah, that's what my Indo classmates told me.... anyway, doesn't matter pricey, as long you get a good and healthy hedgie then the price won't matter.

Lol, thts wat babymoli and hao always say also.. give them wheel and u ll see them on it all the time like kena possessed .. makan, tidur, minum wheel.. lol

I guess there isnt difference in either one.. all hedgies are different, i got 2 female, one extremely ganas another extremely tame.. lol..

But i know my Bo Chai run very fast.... Last time i just leave it and i just turn around to take TV remote control.... he already gone.... At last i see him below the table that is far away from where i sit..

my hedgehog start to refuse the wheel. Its either sleep or eat or sleep or eat...or sleep. Damn lazy and fat. I tried putting food on wheel and he seems to run a bit now...like 30 seconds

then go sleep
i take him out also he go run around...to the corner of room and sleep

not healthy eh

dun worry, same as human, hedgie got mood swings too, layzz sometimes dun run as well for a period of time...

Let me prove to how how lazy.

Last night whole night tak makan(i know cause i put food in wheel so if he eats some will drop off)

Then this morning i take the food put in front of "his majesty"'s home ... then only he come out eat!
even then also stick head out eat then go back zzzzzzzz

Hahhaha Yape my hedgehog also lazy like that, but now he will come out eat when he feel hungry.

When i get the big wheel for my hedgehog, sometime i put him in that wheel can try move the wheel let him run, after few day doing like that then he only know that wheel can play, but also poooo~~ there ....

Its so damn true!! hahahaha
even you can get a tiger cub for like RM 100...
that's what I saw coz somebody offered my dad before..
and she was so cute..could not resist..
but ive got 4 dogs already..:S later she ate them all how..HAHAHA

fin, u got too much chihuahua la... save the tiger pup for me... if it's white then i want! lol

felt a bit guilty now... but what u guys said its all true.. in indo is easy to get unusual pet... and also it's easy to attract neighbour to call up police to check ur pet...


there's female hedgie for adopt in adoption thread... feel like getting it since her face already playing in my mind now... but a bit scared... -.- what u guys think? should I take her first or wait for hun's hoglet?

Haha... if you wanna take Reanne's hedgie... go ahead. Her hedgie is a nice cinnamon.... very docile too. Just that she got 1 of my 1st hoglets, so she wanna concentrate on 1 only.... if you can convince Reanne you are a good owner, then why not?

well..Nophie..its not chihuahua..HAHAHA..its minipins...
