Just get the clubs & pubs that play boom boom beat to install sound cushioning walls.then nobody will hear beyond 200m. There are pubs, lounge & club that are fitted with soundproof, can't hear loud boom boom when outside, get near entrance can only hear some background boom boom music

They don't care if you want to drink liquor, Shamelin has like 10 pub to drink.

My only advice is to let the club owner deal with this. You are not involved personally and I'm sure you would not want to be involved too.

If the club is as noisy as claim, where are the angry cainis residents that live on the nearest rowa on terrace houses? If you've been to club like this, you won't hear much noise outside because it's closed door. Even closed door pubs & bars are quite like they turning low volume on speaker when stood outside the premise.

Pubs that are opened found around shoplots, the music from far sounds ambient only. Municipal has set rules and regulations, if true there's violation, actions would have taken already and pubs, lounge, club owners aren't stupid to risk their business over silly violation. Closed door club especially would prefer quiet from outside as their customers don't want much attention and have fun inside

They aren't and most living in the terrace houses are married households. If there's any flamboyant husband, they would go somewhere further to have fun.
