This could be made up by these bunch of hired protestors planned by penunggang lebai gang to stir R&R. How nons should retaliate in BM:

Dari segi undang2, kelab malam dibenarkan sekiranya memenuhi syarat & peraturan yg ditetapkan pihak berkuasa.

Kelab malam bising? Di mana rakaman video menunjukkan tahap bunyi bising & dari jarak berapa jauh? Kelab malam yg mengikut piawaian dipasangkan pengendap bunyi & tertutup bagi mengurangkan gangguan bunyi bising. Pembesar suara berada di dalam premis tertutup & bukannya dipasangkan di luar bangunan premis. Andai dakwaan mamat ini benar, di mana rakaman video membuktikan bunyi kuat dari kelab berkenaan boleh didengari di rumah selang 3 baris deret bangunan? Berapa bacaan desibel db? Mat rempit & mat lumba yg bawa laju & merbahaya beramai2 dgn ezos kuat, puak lebai tiada tindakan? Siap ada kes orekito tak berdosa kena bantai lepas dilanggar mat rempit & mat lumba.

Pengunjung kelab malam membawa kenderaan secara merbahaya & laju, mabuk adalah salah di sisi undang2. Mrk yg membantah patut meminta pihak polis menempatkan rondaan menangkap pesalah. Bukan saja pengunjung kelab tetapi sesiapa saja yg membawa kenderaan secara laju & merbahaya termasuk mat lumba, mat rempit & mat lajak.

Kepada org yg kata mahu bawa parang pergi tetak semua dlm kelab boleh didakwa atas kesalahan mengugut & mengancam. Gerai makanan tanpa permit & tidak berlesen tanpa diberikan kebenaran berniaga di depan kelab malam merupakan kesalahan & boleh disita pihak berkuasa. Kelab malam ini memohon lesen, permit & memenuhi piawaian sebelum dibenarkan membuka & menjalankan perniagaan secara sah, bukan perniagaan haram. Atas dasar undang2 negara, nons dibenarkan mengamalkan cara hidup mrk. Pemilik kelab membayar cukai, menyumbang dlm penjanaan ekonomi, mewujudkan peluang pekerjaan serta membawakan lebih ramai pengunjung ke kawasan berkenaan menambahkan peluang perniagaan kepada kedai2 di sekitar. Keuntungan yg diperoleh taukeh, pemilik & bekerja menambahkan kuasa pembelian di mana setengah drpd mrk membuka perniagaan baru, melabur & membeli barangan menaikkan lagi ekonomi.

Yg gerai burger haram tu sebaliknya dapat wang masuk kocek sendiri, takkan buka kedai, takkan bayar sewa, takkan upah pekerja. Takkan pergi ke mana2 siap mengurangkan peluang pembangunan jikalau semua peniaga ikut jejak peniaga haram. Satu deret jalan semua jual burger, keropok, nasi lemak, siapa beli kalau semua hidup miskin papa kedana seperti negeri bekalan air teh tarik?

If pedopuas won G, there will be war and the country will be separated by US & NATO for violating the commonwealth terms of independence. Orekito will be the ones at loss. Pedopuas think they can simply amend & set own law, they'll end up giving chance to nons to get half the land. Pedopuas think they can get whole country like Iran & Afghanistan, they'll end up being Palestine instead after breaching the law of attacking nons as British granted ownership to 2 raises there. Because of trusting extremists penunggang lebai, Palestinians today lost everything having just the 2 small fragments of the country. Orekito should avoid voting pedopuas at all.

Is that pub or night club? Pub bistro will have boom boom because mostly opened like bukit bintang near Jln Alor.

If night club and upper level pub/lounge, they are closed door with soundproof that you won't hear loud music until getting through the entrance

Other countries in ASEAN (except here & Brunei) region including Indonesia celebrated Halloween without issue, their economic gooding. Over here, they created so much trouble to entertainment industries just because those lebai dengki cannot enjoy first banned orekito freedom to entertainment, now lebai dengki going after nons. Orekito so many already facing tough lives didn't notice it is because of these extremists led to slumping economy with less & less jobs and income.

All the MNC & large foreign conglomerates that used to open hub here mostly already shifted to Philippines creating more jobs there. Now Indonesia is taking away our remaining businesses. Indon city ceweks even told me that our local entertainment & shopping malls quality lousy low keras. Lebai think they can capture middle east tourists but they didn't know that middle east tourists are actually moderate and prefer going to modern countries, not backward.

That explains, only some pubs turn music loud, most don't unless really in special zone where full blast allowed like bukit bintang

As far as I know, that area has always been cainis majority area. The building layout seems descent and like standard night club, it should have cushioned interior walls. The group of protestors are nothing more than politically motivated hired by penunggang lebai to stir hatred. If it's really that noisy, guess cainis would make up most of the angry residents instead. Hang lebai trying to look for trouble likely.

I used to work & live nearby pub area, they don't blast boom boom loud like disco because it's not a dance floor. Only heard that when they tested sound system when opening just after office hours before evening rush hour start. Maybe I should go there at night to find out.

Just get the clubs & pubs that play boom boom beat to install sound cushioning walls.then nobody will hear beyond 200m. There are pubs, lounge & club that are fitted with soundproof, can't hear loud boom boom when outside, get near entrance can only hear some background boom boom music

If the club is as noisy as claim, where are the angry cainis residents that live on the nearest rowa on terrace houses? If you've been to club like this, you won't hear much noise outside because it's closed door. Even closed door pubs & bars are quite like they turning low volume on speaker when stood outside the premise.

Pubs that are opened found around shoplots, the music from far sounds ambient only. Municipal has set rules and regulations, if true there's violation, actions would have taken already and pubs, lounge, club owners aren't stupid to risk their business over silly violation. Closed door club especially would prefer quiet from outside as their customers don't want much attention and have fun inside

They aren't and most living in the terrace houses are married households. If there's any flamboyant husband, they would go somewhere further to have fun.
