Air Asia denied my flight?, Despite being at luggage counter 1 hour

I already ban kao AA more than 10 years ago. This is one of my wisest choices in life. Possible remedy: TS should ask for the next free flight from AA flight manager if you can proof that they have done you wrong immediately after the incident. ceo684 liked this post

If you are luggage check in, its your fault
Without luggage, you check in earlier 1 hour will do. As this is serious kopitiam, i hope you learn your lesson, u can quit using AA, but if apply same attitude on others airlines, you might facing same issue. just try to make it 2h or 2.5h earlier especially after border open. |

Checking in 1-1.5 hours is alright.

As long as is international 2H before with or without baggage because custom side sure jam. If the airport we are not familiar better go 3hours earlier.
if domestic 1-2H earlier.. I very scare to miss my flight.. |
