I am not sure the exact location. But if it is very closed to Giant, it is considered within walking distance for me. For reference, according to google map, giant to the station takes 15 mins.

Congrats! Which type n for own stay or investment? What makes decide to buy serasi?

Type A. For rental.
I live very close to Serasi so I know the location is very good.
Then, I think Sime Darby still has good reputation for its quality and never heard anything about serious development problems from them.
Not sure about the management team but as long as the owners pay the fees to keep the building in good condition, should be fine.
The price for the package they offered me also very attractive.

Not sure if start from LG2, but iirc highest floor for parking is L6.
L7 is facilities. There are some facilities in L1 too.

1) Carpark starts from LG1 to L6. Altogether 7 floor carpark. L7 is facilities. Mind you the carpark level is not the same level as the condo block level, e.g. carpark level 5 = block 1 level 3.

2) Lowest I see is LG2. Highest level 31.
