I live very close to Serasi so I know the location is very good.
Then, I think Sime Darby still has good reputation for its quality and never heard anything about serious development problems from them.
Not sure about the management team but as long as the owners pay the fees to keep the building in good condition, should be fine.
The price for the package they offered me also very attractive.

I got more than 10% discount, 2 free aircons, some other freebies I can't remember.

Not sure why they give block 3 best package now. Maybe they just opened block 3 for sales?

My unit is further away from the htc, close to block 2, facing the hill towards Kingsley.
I think you won't be able to see the htc unless you come out to the balcony.
