That landslide considered quite severe as PH hill not that high also but also managed to landslide

It was in the newspapers too

Yes true, happened few years back when I just moved into ph

Hopefully the drilling works for this residence is mild enough to not cause any further issues

And this is quite near to the new and big Masjid on the hill ya, just some extra info for those considering

PH area here good for retirement and if you wanna live peacefully without much jam, noise and pollutions

If want buy groceries still have to drive out, want find more food option also have to drive out
Pro is that the Lrt is main station here and highway well connected, go klia only 30 mins tops

If for investment can research into how The Glades area is doing as its abit more high end and guarded area and see if its worth it as investment.

For own stay might be abit cramped if got family

Lived in PH since form 1 until now, previously was in usj

PH cleaner air and peaceful environment, nobdy will simply honk or rushing anyway

For food if not too picky have a few kopitiam and mamaks, malay food, got mcd n family store too

Main station lrt so u get a seat even if peak hour

But for shopping and heavy groceries still need to drive out but not far

So far this plot of land have not put up any fence or anything. It seems it is still in finalizing stage so lets wait it out

Expect for a long building time

Gonna be jam and full of lorries adi when going home each time, but good to have more residents to bring up ph area

They have to come out with a good walkway to access the LRT

Yes watched it

Compared to his past videos, in this he has nothing much to promote about

Even the tiles given in unit is so lackluster. N only 1 bathroom no ensuite bathroom

But its biggest selling point is its price point and okay-ish walk to lrt main station

PH home owner here, yes hopefully serasi fully sold out n all move in

We need a big catalyst to make the retails here boom up

Its been slow growth for 10 years plus

Good thing is that here never jam n very peaceful, air is fresher also

Nope I went for another property in Bukit Jalil top up abit get 1200 sqft

I think PH will never be like ss15

SS15 got big malls, alot of high rise, colleges

Here lacking all those but lucky got lrt main station and it can easily connect to highway

Go klia also 30 mins only
