I guess you believe what you see more than what I say.

Food for thought, the info at the signboard can be updated or changed, depending on who is working on the site.
For project site above a certain value, CIDB requires registration and levy to be paid. If main con haven't been appointed but piling and below ground contractor need to start work, whose name do you think will be on the signboard?

Or maybe you have more info to share...

Boss, yes based on their website it appears that they r nt d main con for now. Work can start b4 main con is appointed? Is this unusual or normal? sorry nt familiar with this
