Great potential here bro, near lrt stn n shoplots, easy acess to elite hway etc. If u frequently travel by air, this place is great with easy access from elite hway to klia👍

Block 3 now built up until which level already? I was told completion is by 2027 but seems like their progress is quite fast when I passed by the site yesterday. Might be able to complete before that also..

Although for block 3, I noticed the views are slightly compromised by the HTC albeit facing Kingsley Hills. I supposed the views on the top floors (20 above) aren’t as bad but the price point upon rebate, quite hard to argue also la. This will be my first property purchase and I’m really looking forward to it.
