Can clarify why use aluminium formworks instead of IBS?

Hi everyone is it normal that I signed s&p and loan agreement on may. But now my bank not yet release money to developer. Ask lawyer just said waiting tax exemption from lhdn.

currently, due to not enough larger scale IBS players, IBS costs are still higher than aluminium formworks. these larger scale guys are like those in Singapore - which there is not enough players in Msia so far.

while i agree that the quality of the IBS finished products are more consistently controlled rather than on-site works, the jointing areas (IBS is like LEGO, put up pieces together) continue to face a lot of scrutiny and criticism due to leakages - well our Msian thunderstorm, rain and wind are crazier than many other areas with plenty of IBS (such as UK). In-situ on site works are more monolithic, as the vertical and horizontal elements have a more proper joint, rather than just plain grouts.

furthermore with our speed right now, the progress is still very much ahead, so no worries about that.

I have same issue here. But seems yours is longer.. i sign at end of Oct but till now lawyer still say waiting for LHDN side.
I dont know will get fine for late payment or not due to this situation sad.gif

Not normal but not your problem as well.

If developer have not ask payment from your financier, let it be. The error is not from your side. You get to save interest. I have 1 project waited 1 year only bank disburse the loan.

good morning everyone...........have a great ending for year 2023
anyway, just received my next progressive payment billing part 2c of another 10% this morning in my e-mail............damn, my block 2 lower unit progressive very fast.......will be paying 45% (can consider half paid up) for my unit by next week.....lol
