In SG, pre-order starts tomorrow, 8pm. My friend told me based on her experience, can get it on that weekend.

I’m thinking to pre-order tomorrow too. There is option for 0% interest instalment for 12 or 24 months if you order at SG apple official website with certain credit cards.

I not sure others phone have or not, but it is there for Samsung Galaxy phone bought from Maxis.

Nope, few hundred RM more. But you stand a chance to get it a week ahead of most other Malaysians plus the amount of stock should technically be larger given that it's one of Apple's primary markets

You need to order on launch date and time of course but select Apple Store pickup. If all 1st day in store pickup are taken, then you could try walking in to any Apple Store there to try your luck. But usually SG Apple Stores restock quite fast.

Similar like how US telcos sim lock their phones to their networks.

actually it just feel too bad when using it naked. but my butter finger told me better not to challenge with no casing, so day 1 already armed with thick phone case and tempered glass

I can confidently say majority will protect it with casing and screen protector. But I’ve reached a level which I don’t really bother about scratches or dings from dropping. As long as it still works. Pro’s matte finishing is not as slippery as lower end glossy glass finishing. I’m glad staring iPhone 15 all are matte finish
