to be deliver by 29th, today has to be preparing to ship, by tomorrow morning has to be shipped

your statement only valid if you pre-order during iPhone 12 series

for iphone 13, 14, it does not deliver on launch date, 1-3 days after as i can recall, from Apple Store Online Malaysia

p/s: there is no pre-order in Malaysia before iphone 12 series, only available to buy on launch date for Apple Store Online Malaysia

i purchase quite many times from apple online store malaysia since iphone 5, all the while is launch date 12am+ only can order, since iphone 12 can preorder is consider a lot improvement

many years camp after 12am until 2-3am only open to let us buy by apple online store (before can preorder) that one more painful

comparing now, can preorder and is right after 12am

but apple store never commit can arrive on launch date
for Malaysia, so far no 😅 just it happen on 2020 iphone 12 series year, then many have some expectation will be reaching on launch date

furthermore we have to know our malaysia courier
singapore dhl can deliver after working hour like 9pm, malaysia? 😂

they have been warn but they keep getting hopes from others past experiences

self belief and hope make the decision, next year will be same, people tends to forget, if Apple physical store is here, go queue up is the safest bet

similarly some have bad experience with switch last year, there will be another person order from switch

may be worth trying, but it's likely to be a gamble
since waiting for apple store, no harm trying

i recalled when i place order last Friday 12AM, it show ships on 30 Sept, ended up Arrival is 5th Oct
probably Apple will only start shipping this Friday/Saturday, just that if it is preparing to ship by Thursday, then is game over

12, launch date 13 Nov, earliest delivered 13 Nov (me myself from northern also getting 12p on the same day 13 Nov)
13, launch date 8 Oct, earliest delivered 9 Oct (i get from maxis )
14, launch date 23 Sep, earliest delivered 27 Sep (i received on 27 Sep)

most of the above launch date vs deliver date, it actually delivered earlier than estimated arrivals
and I noticed most of the users credit card is charged around evening 1-2 days before Friday (launch date)

so it can be charge today evening or tomorrow evening (the earliest), or later

in the meantime, enjoy your weekend with patience!

i feel not to worry, usually courier unable to deliver parcel, they dont have other option, just put attempt failed
the delivery company might receive instruction only to deliver this Friday, but then parcel with them, so not today, not tomorrow, so just attempt delivery failed

like shopee, i always at home whole day, but end of the day, they maybe too many parcel, they put "attempt delivery failed", instead they unable to deliver so many parcels in one day

wonder Airpods Pro 2 when you reach Malaysia? my first gen since 2019 Dec, battery cannot tahan already, left 2-3 hours

they packed by customer, confirm cannot curi curi give to other people, there are DO etc together with the iphone pre-order by customer

if your unit is at the outlet, means only you are the one can collect, you can come few days later

if the DO slip is there without phone, maxis staff GG

some ppl lazy queue up, both got pros and cons

pickup, you can go early and queue up (usually pre-order and walk in different number for maxis store queue)
delivery, you need see the courier abang mood if he got many parcel not prioritize yours, then just can wait

both also wait... the waiting time short or long, need factor in luck as well

for me i will choose pickup, i have twice maxis midnight delivery (no pickup option), then when maxis no more midnight delivery, i choose pickup at store few times
