Hi, my auto gate controller the AC/Batt LED has been off since last night
This morning it is ON again but after i press for the gate to open, it was OFF again.

I believe there is internal battery already dead.
Anyone can advice how to open this as I have failed to open it.
Is this problem due to battery or anything?

That white cover can be pop open. The grey part will then come off. U can change the battery after that. This thing looks like older version. But if it is anything like the new one it should a wireless unit too.

Hi, i new here, need some advise. What is the problem if i connect the motor at motor 1 connection, the motor not running. Both motor have been tested, not running.I have tried both motor at motor 2 connection, its worked. All Relay are worked. Any idea?

This model is not wireless so no battery for indoor push button to change. AC/DC is indicator for ur out junction box running on backup battery or AC. But ur system still working right when u push the open or close. If yes just get a backup battery for ur outside junction 12v 7ah. Battery cost maybe RM80-100/= for good one and cheap one about RM40-60/= not include delivery of cause.

Already do trouble shoot urself and the answer problem with ur board. Connect both motor on connection for motor 2 working and connect to motor one connection both not working. Very simple solution problem with ur board. So solution just get a new board.

Hi. My autogate brand Leb already faulty. I am looking for option to replace just the faulty arm. Can I use other brand? I think this arm is not suitable for our weather since it uses plastic cover and parts. Furthermore, I believe spare part is not available. Any tips on how to choose autogate?

Hello there. U can change the motor only if the board is still working properly. We did one at Damansara Height as can see on our facebook dblcss.klg Sept 17. They were using the same system as ur's. If u need further assistance are welcome to contact us at 0122019294

Finally today manage to installed new board, its correct just change the board and everything back to work.

Just cant understand why cinnection on motor 1 no current since no sign of burned circuit. This is 2nd time changing the board.

Sometime could be due to motor wire leak cause short circuit.

Lucky for you . My experience wasn't smooth sailing.
I am now having to live with power trip to the whole house when it rains caused by the autogate motor installation.
He choose to ignore my text for support.

I would recommend Three Kim Metal Works ,they done my auto gate and grille, good quality and services.

Very sorry to hear that your power trip due to maybe the autogate wire problem but u need to understand the wire is not done by us. We did replace the system for you but we are not responsible for any wiring problem after installation. Anyway we hvn't got a chance to drop by ur area yet.
