You can gauge the reception of the new iPhone in Malaysia by judging how fast the thread move.  biggrin.gif
So far this thread macam tak laku.

Last year IP13 thread you come back from lunch already moved 3-4 pages.

I would say crash will happened.
I doubt website will be able to withstand the sudden influx of the user to cater for pre-order.
Hopefully everyone can secure their unit without much hiccups.

Or savings depleted (MCO time can save a lot since stay home and work from home)

Always wonder which is better. Machines or switch? I still prefer maxis as I am already under their 128 plan. Just worried there will be more ppl going for maxis rather than retailers

If you are eligible to start a 24 months contract then by all means go for maxis.. that's a lot of rebate there, and since you are already on MOP128, why not?

Nothing is wrong with buying anything on installments, especially with 0% incentive somemore.

But the only fear is what if you lost your phone, imagine, if you are paying installments still, then you will need to pay another one too.

but of course, if you buy it outright, it will still be 2 phones too, however, may not be so painful if you need to serve 2 installments at the same time for one phone.

Celcom is using something new (?) to prevent the crash. There will be like a queueing system. Not sure if it was implemented last year.

well yea actually it you lost the phone then buying outright x2 would hurt your bank more XD, but paying monthly for something that's gone is a different kind of pain..

Yeap definitely can't justify spending so much for little upgrades..

1 tips I'd like to share, for Preorder (maxis) while you are queueing for numbers, don't refresh.. even if it appears to be stuck and not moving..
