Thanks to poor currency exchange & raw material price up. Only those shop which may keep old stock can still offer old price, but fresh 1 are very expensive nowadays. QUOTE(babisotong @ Nov 10 2022, 10:12 AM) Kasi up skit.. i saw UC7 on Lazada? kinda same price with RE004.. UC7 is a touring tyre while RE004 is max performance tyre. i was wondering how both of them compared to each others. is the dry grip got big difference? dry? anyone use this UC7 R15 yet? Dry Grip - RE004 > UC7 Wet Grip - Idk about RE004, never known for their wet grip since it's a tyre meant for you to whack in the dry. So I guess UC7 > RE004? Comfort - UC7 > RE004 Tread Life - UC7 > RE004 This post has been edited by HalseyFrangipane: Nov 10 2022, 07:20 PM babisotong liked this post

QUOTE(redvelvet15 @ Nov 11 2022, 12:31 PM) i believe if the tyre you use got mc6, mc6 will be better since like others are saying, UC is 2nd lowest variant for Continental Contact. MC is 1 tier higher than UC and MC6 is the default tyre for most mid range car.. If i'm not mistaken civic FC use mc6 as default from factory, not sure about civic FEThis post has been edited by babisotong: Jan 20 2023, 08:07 AM |

Not sure why still using MC5, should consider use MC6 as default from factory instead |

Current car had Toyo TR1 all round, the front set have worned down to unusable level while the rear set still quite new over 95% thread.
Changed to UC7 and decided to follow the advice of putting the new tyres at the back and old tyres infront, what a bad mistake, the TR1 was so noisy infront compared to the silent UC7 at the back.. This post has been edited by Boy96: Feb 7 2023, 12:57 AM |
