What should be the final price OTR without insurance & sst?
Price given to me is 76700 with full insurance after sst deducted, is this correct?
I found that Coil Mat & Luggage tray is added for RM280, is this optional?

effective interest about 11.25% mean bank target is earn 3375 from 30k loan.
u take longer term will reduce interest. yet the target is still about 3375.
so is up to ur affordability on monthly installment.

IF 30k loan 5 years interest is 5x3.5%=17.5% total rm5250, installment rm587.50.
3 year loan, installment is 33375/36=rm927.

This alza easy to parallel parking ? My axia straight can jump into the parking box without having to gostan reverse twist & turn the steering.

Uh.... Axia length is 3645 mm, Alza is 4425. 20% longer, also increase width about 6%, how to compare? If you want easy parallel parking you should not be looking at a 7-seater!

mmmm hard to answer your question as I have Axia and Alza, side parking nor L parking, all depends on situation and how well you want to be parked in the box.

Maybe you can see if additional 855mm extra length from Axia.. you can park or not.
Else go test drive Alza and find a side parking, see if you can get it in with your skills.

Just placed for Order for AV black yesterday. Initially considered Ativa but I can feel the car skipping and bumping around probably due to short wheelbase.

Same here, have a mpv, suv and a pick up truck. How well u park in all types of parking lot is subjective to experience, skill and knowledge. There are specific method to side parking irregardless of car size. Plenty on YouTube.

Personally if u really need a 7-seater, u’ll learn and get the hang of it irregardless how difficult it may be. But if just “want” to get a 7-seater then it’s entirely different story.

On a side note, mpv is hard to park? Try a pick up truck lol.

Relative to Axia, almost every car is hard to park, even your normal sedans.

I used to own a Toyota corrola se, it's impossible to jump into the parking box like axia cos can't maneuvers to fit inside the box. That's why I'm asking. The new always really good looking car, but really too long for me.

Maybe u look from this .. what you need from the car...not want..
