Different models too. U6K < U7K. If the size is the same and the price difference is around RM500, the better spec wins.Hisense 2022 - Malaysia's TV range, Another year of Hisense disappointment

Hisense Malaysia has updated their website to reflect the new U8N. This model would definitely give Sony Bravia 9 a run for the money. |

I recently purchased a 6500k and every 10 minutes it will switch to screen saver. Be it youtube or disneyplus.
Anyone have similar issues? |

QUOTE(alucard89 @ Aug 20 2024, 03:39 PM) Hi bro, is that when you’re playing something it still switch to that? Yes, it happens when something is playing. I've only tested with 2 apps extensively. D+ and youtube. On reddit it seems to be affecting all apps, even the built in media player. Also how’s the user interface smoothness and general performance? I’m looking at the 75” kinda interested I found 2 fixes for this. One is use the 'stay awake' option via developer mode and the other is to disable the ambient app. Both of them seem to work for me. I'm currently using the 2nd method. Interface smoothness, well it's not very smooth at times. I noticed abit hitching at times on the main screen occasionally. But after awhile it'll be smooth. On the app side, youtube and D+ have bit of hitching but I suspect this is due to pre-cache when loading up new videos. The worst performing app is HBOGO. It hitches alot and 5.1 is broken. D+ and the built in media player work correctly with my 5.1 setup. How much are they offering the 75a6500k ? |

Hopefully some official firmware update comes along What matters for me it doesn’t lag too much like the panasonic ambient tv series. Obviously got android tv stick as backup but my wife probably won’t like having multiple android devices running when tv is already running android |

I notice there's screensaver option on the right side bar. Maybe got option to turn off there.Anyone have similar issues? Got it around 3k+, value for money for such huge display. The only bad thing is notice is back light bleeding on the edges of the screen. Unnoticable though during movie |

Guys I just received my hisense U7K bought through Lazada. Watching fast moving scenes are a bit choppy (image tearing is it?). its driving me crazy.
for example watching football highlights in youtube, when players running the legs appears boxy, but that doesn’t happen in LIVE football on astro, but football replays on astro is also choppy, I’m confused. watching movies on astro also same. all settings are still standard except for brightness which I’ve brought down to 40 (standard 50) bcs its too bright. anyone else experienced the same issue? any setting tips? just fyi, I use 5G umobile internet with nokia fastmile 3 modem, does this affect the picture quality? appreciate your help/tips. TIA |

Take a video and post it here.If you have a DVD/BD/UHD player, play something on disc and see if the choppiness is still there. There shouldn't be. Alternatively, put a TV/movie file on a flash drive and play it using the TV's media player. |

For my indoor antenna, I couldn't scan for channels when it was indoor. So I put the antenna outside just to scan for channels. It still worked after I brought the antenna back into the house but need to put next to window and point outside. sleyer liked this post

With digital signal, you just need to get enough for the TV to decode. You just need to point it at the right direction.QUOTE RTM has their RTMKlik. Media Prima has their own app, which apparently you need to create an account for and kinda buggy with the ads. Antenna is the best option if you want OTA TV. sleyer liked this post
