Should fit into ETH's passing philosphy as both Barca & Ajax share the same Total Football DNA.

Matic and Carrick were slow but their positioning were top class

McFred way faster than Matic but their positioning were poor esp McTom

well yea, he should be still have 1-2 seasons of tank in him... but he should be leaving only after end of next season... so i think we have more choices then... if he is leaving now... then its a good money saving combo...

yea but majority fans still regard matic too slow when we kelong no ending last season... haha... not everyone understand his technical advantages haha

Only regard him slow when he concede possession carelessly and unable to track back

Otherwise him sending line breaking pass and dribble up the field is a nice sight to watch

Most fans will praise if win and criticise if lose regardless of tactical impact. They prefer to see Passion & Desire FC unfortunately.

I never thought I would have the opportunity to see Busquets running the United midfield. His style of play doesn't need him to cover lots of ground so age is fine for players like him. Look at Pirlo.
