You should be lucky that General_Odin did not start a dispute against you. If it was me, i would not have let you go so easily.
This is the most severe FFK case i've seen.

he set the time at 1.30pm but not appear..sms him many times..then he sms at 1.46pm "wait for me ya, road jam"..
ok la i said can wait..
then at 2.38pm i sms him again so late, waited more than 1 n half hour(I come early at 1pm,of course as dun want seller wait for me)..then he said "sorry arr, i also tension got this customer fussy one"..i dunno whom he said but very angry lo soo long wait..i dun care wait much but plzzzzzzzzz say earlier..wasted my time..i got a bunch of work to done..got meeting..very angry arrrrrr...i want the charger badly coz i need to use my laptop for work..

Put it this way, your mom needs an organ transplant. The donor already agreed he'll donate his organ. You and your family are overjoyed but then suddenly he tells you he decided not to because some other guy is actually paying for his organ. How would you feel?

Deals are deals. If you're in the professional world, once you sign a contract, you stick to it or charges are to be brought up against you. Think before you deal next time.

make it this way la, suddenly the donor is healthy n decided he needs to use his organ for he's benefit. so he decided to apologize by writing a nice, warm n polite letter to my mom saying his intentions n he would refund d money i had paid to him for his organ n help my mom as much as he cud. so wud it be appropriate for me to 'maki' him n call him 'arrogant' or 'selfish'? so how now? if he follows the contract then he must kill himself to donate his organ because one stupid fella cant used his own senses to think wisely? is it considered selfish when one has no choice to choose from? plus when one has politely state his reasons and apologize publicly and personally, is it appropriate and nice for others to blame him non-stop without thinking for both side of parties.

He's agreed to buy the sticker..so i make a bulk order. till now he's never paid me any amount or says anything..He SMS me a few weeks a go ask how to deal (before the goods arrive in my hand yet)....i've said COD only at Kota Bharu..other place need to Post..i have PM him a few times but no reply

maybe he's going back to his home town, Jakarta..BUT before i make the purchase on 13th march. i have told that ETA will be 10-14 days..So confirm the order on 15th March

Very busy guy ! telling himself like a doctor , always working in ICU. agree with me to deal the marshall amp.
So I bring the AMP to KL from SEREMBAN to deal with him. when sms with him he said not free la bla bla **WTF ?. call him wont answer my call . Finally order his friend to deal with me but his friend sms me said "Sorry my fren i on the road to ipoh.. bla bla bla " making me suffer like hell to waiting for the location to deal when i was in klcc with the amp.

Fine ! his friend asking for tomorrow after 5pm. so i also agreeeee to come. but after i sms , no one reply ! no one answer my call!

PM this f****er also wont reply .

anyways.. here i am to explain my side of the story..

first of all would like to apologize to u eric999..

wanted to let u know[since u never gave me a chance to explain my situation on the phone becos u kept scolding me and all].. i had previously experienced many cases of ffk when i straight away went to wait at promised COD spots.. to count them, i had 4 so far.. so what i did nowdays is to wait for confirmation frm the buyer when the buyer is leaving house, then only i will go.. so far this method has worked well for me.. every customer called me to re-confirm our meeting spot and time.. even i never told them to do so..

to me, thats the best way to deal, and both parties will be happy

btw.. i didnt ffk eric999.. i replied his smses nicely and was rushing to the meetup spot[which takes me only 10 minutes to get there].. thats y i didnt get the chance to reply ur msgs between 14.16-14.25..also didnt have enough credit to call, only can sms.. finally when i reached the meetup spot.. i smsed him[as u can see at 14.27].. then next thing i know eric999 called me and started to scold me, never let me to explain my situation and straight away said wanna report me here.. so here i am! ..so i just went back home..

thinking bout it.. was late for only 30 minutes.. then claim me ffk.. adoi la bro.. come on.. be reasonable.. i even reached there already but becos u acted so aggressively and canceled the deal straightaway[remember! u never let me speak!].. i think im the one should be doing the reports here..

well, everyone who bought things frm me knows that im a friendly guy.. misunderstandings happen a lot.. but u can settle with me nicely.. whats important to me is both parties feel happy.. but u, it is very hard to settle things with.. seriously!

so my last words to every forumer in lyn.. please becareful when dealing with eric999.. as he is a very aggressive person

The problem is you have confirmed time and date. It means you should be there. If you're afraid of being ffk, why didn't you call buyer to double confirm?

i know that is my mistake i never called him.. my mistake also cos my phone no credit..
