I have prove that the transaction has been confirmed and I think not only to me but to others as well. He has been double dealing and confirming everybody's offer until he gets the highest one....

This guy does not have an honest bone in his body.. It is this kind of people that makes it hard for honest trader to do business in lowyat...

i want to ask some questions here :

I bank in his bank account ( IceHypnose ) at 13-09-09 because he sell me his Graphic Card http://forum.lowyat.net/index.php?showtopic=1141354&hl= . But i still din received the Graphic Card yet , and i PM him and SMS him , but he also din reply me . I think he FFK me , what should i do ??

his last login is on 16th September 2009 - 02:08 AM and his thread is also closed. i believe is should be posted under dispute instead of FFK. Also, got any prove such as cash bank-in receipt, printed conversation and sms between u and the seller.

ok , but the seller say want to sell me the Graphic Card for RM 560 , but i only bank in RM 510 and i still own him RM 50 so what should i do ?

He first used pm to confirm he wanted to buy my 2 blu-ray disc titles
and later confirmed to COD at 6pm in Kelana Jaya
I reached the venue first and gave him a call
He answered and promised to reach within 5 minutes
I waited for 1/2 hr, he didn't turn up
called him few times and he didn't answer
I know i've been ffked by this bloody fella

Before I went to meet him I've checked the Minor Offenders List
his user id is not in
who knows he's actually a ffker

1. Sms me to buy a processor. keep on ask 1 simple question in 1 sms, i force to ask him 1 by 1, now think back really
wasting my time and my sms cost.
2. He send me full name, address very beginning of conversation before confirmation in payment detail (look like very urgent & serious buyer) and ask to get item in 2 days (include delivery period). We confirm the payment amount & he also confim will make payment on tomorow morning.
3. I confirm with him that i will packing that night, and he too request to have original processor, box, i try to find one for him too.
4. Next morning, afternoon and after evening, he never make payment. Pm few time, no asnwer (Althought he did login). really irresponsible. Because i have few package in hand, need to plan to pos out in one shot. Really ruin my planning.
5. Take intiative call him, also dun wan pick up phone.
6. At that day night, sms me again, ask again me a really stupid question about how much amount need bankin and promise will make payment tomorrow, i force to answer him. i also stupid too.
7. The next time, still no payment, no reply pm, no information (check to know that he did login). REALLY IRRESPONSIBLE.

Althought, i never get conned, but his acting was wasting my resource especially time.
I warn everyone to think twice before wan to deal with him. His word have no creditivity & irresponsible.

FFK Issue with sharonlim09, original thread at Compaq Presario Notebook.

Already made arrangements for COD, and I waited for her all day long, but found out later in the evening that she had already sold the item to another forumer. PM the seller but no response. Kinda frustrated but I guess we cant really trust anyone anymore these days. Hope these kind of behavior can be curbed from LYN.

I expected the seller to at least have the courtesy to tell me that the deal is canceled or what not. Anyway, to others, help LYN to be a friendly and respected place.

This buyer chocolate8909 (Eddy) have promise me and buy my KC910i by COD at Cheras Leisure Mall on 31 OCT 2009 at 8.30pm. I at there wait for an hour and sms & calling him but no reply.
When home i see him online and ask him y not appear. He give me a reason say that car broke down then he direct offline from msn messenger.
He is a irresposible buyer and waste my time.

Initially we had an agreement that i reserve my Man Utd 03/05 Away Kit for him until the end of October and that he would purchase it by then. So here's the problem.that day I had to take 3 HDD from my supplier inclusive one of his "order".I do not have that much of a capital and i am short of RM100 if I want to take stock that day.Since he said he dowan to pay full so I try to be lenient and ask him to pay RM100 deposit enough already.As can be seen from the SMS,I promised to meet my supplier at 3.45 PM and he cancelled the deal at 3.29 which is just 15 minutes away from the meet with my supplier.Bear in mind that I oni make the order when he said he really2 wana buy when I called him.

I cannot cancel my order since at tht time oredi on my way to meet supplier dy.At tht time i was short of RM100 to take stock so had to drop by to meet a friend in Wangsa Maju n borrow cash from him to pay my supplier.All thanks to this freaking liar .Now I owe my friend RM100..No sweat on the RM100 but just see what kind of buyer this is.

He sms me saying that he is on the way to COD location. So I depart from my house and give a call to him as soon as I reached. However no one pick up the phone. Then I sms him saying that I've reached there. After 30min, he still not there, no reply call no sms or whatsoever. I call him again, still no one pick up, and sms again, still no reply at all.
Waited him for 1 hour, call him again no answer, and no reply to sms.

Seriously, if no intend to deal, say it upfront. Don't act like you are coming to deal but dissappeared in last minute. Wasting people's time+petrol+money. These kind of people should be banned from trade zone.
