Buyer who wasting peoples time and FFK - kLik

He sms me saying that he is on the way to COD location. So I depart from my house and give a call to him as soon as I reached. However no one pick up the phone. Then I sms him saying that I've reached there. After 30min, he still not there, no reply call no sms or whatsoever. I call him again, still no one pick up, and sms again, still no reply at all.
Waited him for 1 hour, call him again no answer, and no reply to sms.

Seriously, if no intend to deal, say it upfront. Don't act like you are coming to deal but dissappeared in last minute. Wasting people's time+petrol+money. These kind of people should be banned from trade zone.
