i want to ask some questions here :
I bank in his bank account ( IceHypnose ) at 13-09-09 because he sell me his Graphic Card http://forum.lowyat.net/index.php?showtopic=1141354&hl= . But i still din received the Graphic Card yet , and i PM him and SMS him , but he also din reply me . I think he FFK me , what should i do ?? |
