But after i argue then he deal back with me. I draw RM2000 wait for him and at last he said i ask him where is the location he tulan me so don't want to sell liao. And close his thread somemore. This kind of newbie really mess up lowyat forum. Somemore he said he don't care his reputation in lowyat. More angry is that he is the one that pursuit me to buy and beg me to buy his one. And later that he called and scolded cos i complaint him here. And keep saying same word "FxCK YOU" x 10, 100 times. Don't deal with this guy anymore his hp number is 0162092866, don't want to tell me his name also. You will have a lot trouble dealing with him, unreliable and no commitment. But, to my utter horror this place has crooks !!

The scenario i encountered:XXX put up an ad in garage sales, stating the $ for XXXX was RM * for all.. we contacted and we agreed on the stated price -- fair and square (i have sms photos as evidence). On the day of COD, i called to confirm the time and location b4 i set out. BUT, as i was traveling to the COD location(going to reach in 30minutes), XXX called and told me the $ is RM*+10, and that he sold the thing already!
And there, i was stuck in the train which is zoooming to this COD place... but ended up returning to my workplace, bringing nothing back...

So my question is,
Is this the normal practice of people who sell things online to change the $$ of the item last minute, and sell it off?

i just got ffk by julian,asking to meet at midvalley to buy my dopod 818.
when reached there,he say rain so canot come.

i did not collect deposit as he called up n seems to be a sincere buyer.

i brought the whole system back all the way to ipoh, arrange a place to meet him 10am at yik foong plaza which is not near my house. before i go out i smsed him to tell him im going now. about to reach i called him, he said 3 more minutes he will reach. i waited there for 20 minutes, sms him again he never reply. then i called and u know what he said?

"err actually i am still in my campus, sorry ar, i couldnt wake up. what huh? did i tell u i was about to reach in 3 minutes?"

I asked if he still wants the system he said yes and will call me later. he didnt call until today, that was like 3-4 weeks ago.

BUT.. i think u need to think again abt what happened during that weekend.
i had FIRST requested that the COD be done on Friday evening.
on FRIDAY, u asked me to postpone it to Saturday afternoon.
ur reason was that u had to test the system first.
it was stated in ur thread that the system was stil working fine..
yep.. it was ur responsibility to ensure that ur item is functional before u can sell it.. but why on last minute?
i too had my fair share of experience of doing CODs in long distances.
however, it was my fault too for failing to inform u of my last minute weekend activity schedule.
Saturday morning, i n a few frens of mine were on a fishing trip to Gopeng, Perak.
Saturday afternoon, my frens n i were otw to Cameron Highlands when we were talking on phone.
i told u that i needed to postpone the delivery until the next morning
i was finally home late that night. sorry, but maybe i was too tired on the following day.. thats why i failed to be there on time
how could you expect me to call u again after such msg that u sent me that morning.
harsh. u were acting like it was all on me. i tried to confirm the time for our meeting quite long before u arrived in ipoh.
u was the one who first asked it to be postponed.
when someone tried to be nice n polite.. try to appreciate it.. show some tolerance pls.
at least, i think i deserve it because i was the one who had first waited until last minute before u confirmed when to do the COD

Hi all, please dont deal with this guy, 3 days ago, he promise to sell me a processor. Then we promise to meet up 24th Dec 2008 4pm, COD at Subang SS15. I call him many times and sms, no reply. and He didnt show up and i was waiting for him. Wasting my time.

During 24th nite, he PM in forum and say sorry, was sick, cant COD. Then i reply back, at least you should inform me right, rather than let me wait. Then he promise again to COD on 25th morning after his work, he will call me at 7:30 to 8am. and willing to sell me a cheaper price due to ffk me once. Fine, i trust him again.

On christmas morning, 25th , i woke up early and wait for him, no call, no sms. Then around 9 something, i cant stand on it anymore, i sms and call him. he said office suddenly got party, after party will call me up for COD. fine, i trust him again. during 9 something to 11 something, we still sms each other. untill over 12pm. Dont want to answer my call, or reply my sms, or even my PM in forum.

This guy is really a problematic and ffk king, wasting my time.
