i have been FFKed by this volatile a student of UTP

he confirmed to buy my system and asked me to post to UTP but i said since i am going back to ipoh might as well COD. he agreed.

i brought the whole system back all the way to ipoh, arrange a place to meet him 10am at yik foong plaza which is not near my house. before i go out i smsed him to tell him im going now. about to reach i called him, he said 3 more minutes he will reach. i waited there for 20 minutes, sms him again he never reply. then i called and u know what he said?

"err actually i am still in my campus, sorry ar, i couldnt wake up. what huh? did i tell u i was about to reach in 3 minutes?"

I asked if he still wants the system he said yes and will call me later. he didnt call until today, that was like 3-4 weeks ago.

MODs, appreciate if you could warn him or something like that, wasting people's time and somemore lied saying that he is reaching.
