Yup, scheduled for Q2 VP.

Was considered a bargain considering how much Lot 15 sold.

Up until 3 weeks ago I was living at Cantara. SDP claimed it has fantastic sound proofing, when the show units were available, they said the actual units would be similar noise levels as the windows were that good.

Actuality? Can hear some noise from the LRT track especially at night and your windows are open. All day long can hear noise from NKVE especially the airbrake noises made by lorries. But the noisiest is the PPR scumbags and their modified Wiras or motorcycles. Can hear it all the way to the 18th floor.

Aurora will definitely be able to hear the traffic noise from Federal highway and the Kommuter trains. Heard the windows isn't the same as those used in Cantara or Lot 15 as well.

The jams on that road will be an absolute certainty.

if your Cantara also can hear all those kind of noises, imagine those dwellers at condos near the NKVE

btw Lot 15 1+1 bedroom 624 sqft selling from rm593K back in 2017. that is crazy pricing I tell you.

It was unfathomable just 10 years ago that people would pay a premium to live in something that had such a surrounding. HTC, TNB Transformer, KTM tracks and Federal Highway.

Yup, now its a political hot potato to interfere in the housing market. Plus must add the developers to the equation, so many of them are GLCs or gomen got shares in them.

Sellers all looking at each other, together they wanted to sell what they believed is the market price.

Buyers got no money or not willing to pay that kind of money.

You can set 10m for your flat, but nobody will even take a look at your flat.

I recall last time Singapore standard set that no hdb will be not more than 400 m walk from an mrt lrt station. Dunno whether that’s still true. But mostly there all have proper walk way and sheltered

For some cb Malaysians, 20 m also far. Must be right up to the door step or shop lot. Can’t even cross road.

Owning a property today isn't what like what it used to be, owning properties is one thing, maintaining it is another thing, whether you can get tenants is another story, selling it is also another story and on top of that, we're saturated with housing projects, there's no guarantee that the area will develop even further and if that place ended up very prone to say flash floods then I wish you the best of luck, I own only a single unit apartment that's so effing small but was bought solely for the sake of owning one, I rent it out for a modest fee because I know it'll be damn hard to get tenants if I increase it even more and I still have to pay for the installments and with the current cost of living, I'm not even sure if I can maintain it in the future
