all P35 mainboard does't support PCIE 2.0 ~~ and the DUAL PCIE config on P35 mobo is 16X and 4X
recommend you go for X38 if you wan Crossfire or Nvidia 780i for SLI~both supports PCIE 2.0 at X16 and X16 FULL SPEED laugh.gif

if i had the money for x38 board i won't be looking at p35, wont be doing CF sweat.gif
is there a big difference between PCIe 2.0 and 1.1 (is it 1.1? i am still using AGP 4X, haven't been catching up with the latest development lately)

lol, a boost is still a boost laugh.gif darn intel, the boards are so expensive, i wonder if they will release new chipset that replace p35 with PCIe 2.0 support
for AMD the latest chipset can get for around RM320 with PCIe 2.0 and AM2+ support. but too bad their phenom sucks big time, and the idea of getting a buggy phenom now, just to be replaced by new AM3 platform later this year turns me off. going to stay away from that for now doh.gif

oh, that's great news laugh.gif when will it be released? drool.gif
i guess budget consumers like me won't think about doing crossfire (won't be getting a "affordable" mobo if reli wanna do crossfire, isn't it? x48 is the way to go smile.gif )
