Yes got people do like that. Very common in kl sentral and klcc area where parking in office building is a long waiting list. But subjected to jmb whether allow owners to rent out to outsider.

To solve that roadside parking problem, it would be wise for those atas condo nearby to rent out their parking to rumawip owners if they have a spare parking. Well, just a suggestion. I don't know if owner of million ringgit condo care about extra 100 from parking rental and if rumawip owner willing to pay extra 100 for parking when roadside is free.

i believe even themselves also not enough parking lot to use

beside alix is berjaya prospect land...i heard my fren say tat...they oso worry the rumawip will bring bad effect,then project from 2020 hold till now....sad...

booking just opened. still in pre-booking phase. its the developer's first project but apparently the family that owns this company has other previous companies that has done other developments before?

I tried googling the names there but i cant find anything. anyone has any ideas?

Also for chinese, its mandatory to add on RM30k for "renovation" package. Bumi buyers no need to add on this "renovation" package. Agent said its coz developer wants to cover the price of this land and building this condo since RM300k for one unit is considered cheap. the "renovation" isnt exactly a renovation either, likely just give you a simple sink top.

Ever heard of this for other rumawip or residensi wilayah?
