This is residensi wilayah, which mean it is unable to rent out?

Restriction only applies to property title in KL?

Do they really check your payslip when applying for rumahwip?

Meaning if u earn more than 10k or 15k, automatically get rejected?

Question, is Rumahwip only available for those that stay/work in W.P. KL?

issues:
1. Developer 1st project. What if they zaolou?
2. 1 house 1 car park, no extra carpark to sell, imagine 359 car park roudside.
3. 359 units to share 4 lifts, swimming pools facilities

Good:
1. location, but price per sq ft no big different with condominium nearby.

Still wondering is this is a good option...

If they give camparang brand punya lift also useless for 4  lifts provided
