booking just opened. still in pre-booking phase. its the developer's first project but apparently the family that owns this company has other previous companies that has done other developments before?
I tried googling the names there but i cant find anything. anyone has any ideas?

Wah good project lah this one.

Almost considered as Mont Kiara. Low density + condo facility, looks like got balcony also. super good.

But the HUGE drawback, new developer, 0 track record. Wah, tough.

So basically for non-bumi lots, purchasers need to be ready with RM30k cash upon signing SPA? That is quite burden...

I think 10 % or 30K as deposit as bank will finance the balance 90 %

in case of renovation package. you have to pay 30K.
Mean 30K +30 K = 60K CASH

Take note, when signing SPA.
your SPA price still 300K... other 30K that you paid may be a separate contract

I still has some unclear point for renovation package.....

Reno package is for kitchen cabinet , sink etc

Need high deposit for bumi 30k
non bumi 58k intermediate unit
60k for corner unit
if can't get 100% or 110% loan

Accepting pre-booking now
PM if seriously interested and fulfill rumahwip criteria

Does it sound suspicious when a developer of Rumahwip actually asked for such payment? I heard the booking fee needs 3k - 5k.

Most recent freehold bangsar south rumawip needs 15k booking fee, still sell like there is no tomorrow. tongue.gif

Payslip, EPF (not just account statement, every transaction ever in EPF i.e iCitra, previous home purchase withdrawal, study withdrawal) and employer confirmation letter
