Wah good project lah this one.
Almost considered as Mont Kiara. Low density + condo facility, looks like got balcony also. super good.
But the HUGE drawback, new developer, 0 track record. Wah, tough.

Need high deposit for bumi 30k non bumi 58k intermediate unit 60k for corner unit if can't get 100% or 110% loan
Accepting pre-booking now PM if seriously interested and fulfill rumahwip criteria

Does it sound suspicious when a developer of Rumahwip actually asked for such payment? I heard the booking fee needs 3k - 5k.
