Bangsar hill park because of the location but turn down because of tandem and high density

Fiddlewoodz because of township. Of cause there's alot of cons like its not MK, the questionmark MRT3 and KL metropolis, food groceries will be a prob, near to old unkeep condos, segambut etc, and lot more.
