I just went to the site, since the way it was promoted sounded and looked scammish, asking for 5k booking etc.

Developer is Continum Land (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd. Couldn’t find much info online on the developer. Main con is Continum Builder Sdn Bhd. Let’s dig more!

wow. i was about to book fiddlewoodz and this just come in time! anyone can advise if this will be my 1st property loan under my name, but i have another property under my name (sharing with my family) , am I still eligible for rumahwip?

This is residensi wilayah, which mean it is unable to rent out?

Yeah seems that's the only info that can be found, developer and the main con actually are the same company, if no trackrecord is worrying, there has been cases of rumahwip done by developer with no trackrecord and has stop work or delay work by a lot, example such as RITZ COMMUNITIES @ SALAK SOUTH and Residensi Hijauan Pantai @ Pantai Dalam

Quite low density for a development. Man the competition is getting so fierce. A lot of choice in the low to mid tier space. Be very very smart about differentiation.

If your name is currently on any title of property in KL then not eligle already. Remove it then can.

Just observe the KWP portal. They will release the information soon.
i think they are waiting for APDL..

Just reminder, in order to avoid scam.
The deposit should be paid by cheque or TT to the named lawyer by developer or developer office.
Not to the agent.
and never give it by cash also, nobody can guarantee whether the agent will be disappear or not.
Furthermore, TT and cheque can be traced from bank transaction.
If you have too much cash, you can give me...

If possible, also ask them where is the gallery and you visit there to meet them.

Instead of looking at location, i think developer background is more important. U may suffer the rest of your life with bank loan interest if developer's pull the plug half way the comstruction half way

True, project looks interesting but the developer is unknown and no track record in property development. They were just incorporated in 2017. At the project board owner is Zealprime Sdn Bhd, also couldn’t find info on them. What if the workmanship is bad and building has a lot of issues?

People are blinded by the location, low density project and freehold status. Developer might take advantage and request high booking fee. Please be careful.

Wah find until here boss? From BJ to OUG to Seputeh to Fiddlewood. Haha. Your living area of acceptance so big one .

Anyway to answer your question above. You will not be prioritize , will be given to those without name first geh.
If low take up , then you might have the chance . Seen people with a Pr1ma , no issue getting another wip due to low demand .

Nice spacious 3r/2b layout, low density. But 1 car park will mean many husbands/boyfriends parking outside, and not sure what is the facing direction, could be east/west.

lol. why do you even rmb my name lol. im okay with any location with good neighbourhood, nicely designed layout, etc. there's no restriction in location as long as its not too far. Well, i have been staying in Rawang for years so anywhere new project seems justifiable for me.

Legacy because of price turn down because of the HTC.
Est8 because of theme turn down because of location & accessibility.
Bangsar hill park because of the location but turn down because of tandem and high density smile.gif
Fiddlewoodz because of township. Of cause there's alot of cons like its not MK, the questionmark MRT3 and KL metropolis, food groceries will be a prob, near to old unkeep condos, segambut etc, and lot more.

That is why im looking for advise.

One shouldnt be sarcastic for the one who is looking for home smile.gif
