Cyberjaya should just absorb the whole Selangor Cyber Valley/ Taman Sains Selangor area, then no more issue with postcode.

I still don't quite understand about all this "Cyberjaya postcode issue" being discussed here. At least to me, I don't see them as an issue as long as the address stated Cyberjaya.

Are those address with 63x00 postcode not being consider in Cyberjaya, only 63000 postcode consider the "real" Cyberjaya??

Difference is whether it falls in Cyberjaya or Taman Sains Selangor masterplan. Each will get different attention amd budget.

So far certain PBB, Affin and Bank Islam bankers can match the value.

Even though now fully booked, there will be units releasing very soon. Those interested for released units or want to set appointment to view showhouse and bare unit can let me know ya. Still got good chance for us to get unit smile.gif

Yes. This project is with Cyberjaya address - Selangor Cyber Valley, 63300, Cyberjaya, Selangor. Just that I saw Selangor Cyber Valley is outside of Setia Haruman master plan. Setia Haruman is the Master Developer of Cyberjaya. For me its still a really good option with the location, price, size and ready now

Is this developer giving two years defects liability period for these completed units? Certain developers won't give for completed units, and this would be an important consideration.

As per the conversation with the SA, DLP is only for 6 months since the project is completed.

This is not cyberjaya. This is selangor science park and address will be selangor science park, sepang.
Was Islamic housing project prior to this , but failed
