yes, I did faced the same issue where the bankers (PBB, Affin, HSBC) mentioned the requirement for valuation. ALl of the came back with the value less than RM930,000. For instance, HSBC valued at RM920,000 only. Loan amount is 90% of RM920000. Which requires me to put a downpayment of RM92,000 to secure the loan.

Also, as of today morning update, all houses were booked.

As per the conversation with the SA, DLP is only for 6 months since the project is completed.
