This selangor science park 2 project is leasehold ?
Cyberjaya is freehold , isn’t it a better buy next door at Setia Eco glades in cyberjaya with freehold

yup. but most of those that is <1mil is already either sold out as new project or subsale.
newer project like safiro phase 4, is start price 1.1mil now.

SEG terrace is starting at 1.3m now but u get way better developer, an esthablished township, freehold, in actual cyberjaya township.

Everyone have different budget and preference ma, the few hundred thousands difference can do a lot of things already, plus the additional interests to be paid and the higher maintenance fees in SEG.

Correct. Everyone have different preference, needs and budget especially with big price different of RM300-400k (RM1.3-1.7k additional in monthly if 35 years loan) . If u need/want very nice concept, landscape, prestige feeling, with facilities, then SEG is a good option, or Safiro depending on your budget.

there r few subsale that is selling 700k-RM1mil, freehold and landed. but i guess not every1 is prepared to fork out about 100k upfront payment, and another big cut for renovation.
and it is not that FAR away la, its just 5km away from dpulze saja, 11km away from lim kok wing university.

The 700k plus one probably is the 20x70 right beside the road one . They had a few units iinm. But Nola I probably will say skip those as it’s basically beside highway rather than normal roads

But size small leh, this one so big. However end of the day still depend on what you want, for investment i think leasehold not interesting la, ownstay is value for money.

Reef of Tropics is around 850-1mil now, subsale.
Laurel Laman View, Cyberjaya, also about 750-900k subsale, this is inside near domain there.
Ceria Residence, also about 900k and above subsale.

new 1, now mostly are semi-d,villas and bungalow selling in cyberjaya. setia safiro 2-storey also starting 1.3mil for new. so expensive already, compared to 2-3 yrs ago.

Not sure any brother sister (buyer) already get the key already? Heard that land office say may going to change land title number and the vp may longer to issue out. Anyone have idea estimate when vp?
