Cyberjaya is freehold , isn’t it a better buy next door at Setia Eco glades in cyberjaya with freehold |

seg so small and expensive compare to aurora, but they have different maintenance and township concept. one is strata vs individual, lease hold vs free hold, rm100 maintenance vs rm400 maintenance. however 2nd hand value then dont know already. latest bank that can value aurora now is affin, mbsb. public bank no longer able to value endlot

Not sure any brother sister (buyer) already get the key already? Heard that land office say may going to change land title number and the vp may longer to issue out. Anyone have idea estimate when vp?
