Thanks guys for the feedback. Looks like i just have to be patient, wait and pray they refund asap..frustrated that shopee's CS didnt do anything useful despite me complain few times past 1-2 weeks. lesson learnt: no point complaining, just ask for refund if stuck for > 1 week

I have 2 parcel stuck at U10 sortation centre since 5th May, one more at penang hub since 8th May, seems like have to wait another week or so looking at the complains here, hope I don't have to request for refund
