Lazada, should wait or can ask refund. Both are plant samplings , so expected mampusded already.

Shopee Express and Ninjavan. They are both so bad in logistics

my lazada package just arrive couple days ago, ninja van jugak. Stuck at penang depot since 26th april

My poslaju. 9th May poslaju pickup item at JB, 10th May delivered to me in KL.

My cousin living in apartment notice he not much affected. I think better use collection center near many apartments is good idea. These courier people still need to make money and I think they will focus on apartments than landed. 1 apartment easily 100 packets and hit their quota.

Will shopee sided with customers or seller in the case of dispute on late shipping time?

Like per say item exceed delivery date but seller said they shipped on time

Anyone been in the situation before?

Me shopee order on 29 April. Reached kepong hub next day, item stuck there till today.
Request refund, 2 days no reply from shopee. On third day I asked again, need to wait another 3-5 days.

I have 2 parcels currently stuck at separate sorting centers for quite some time. One of them is supposed to be a "Next Day Delivery" via Shopee Xpress.

I'm like this. Guess it's only right to inform the seller I receive the parcel even thou already get the refund right?

Seller also got refund from shopee because they did ship the item but courier messed up

So.... U got to keep the good stuff.

My parcel departed from station since 24/4/2022. raya all songlap d I think

same, my shopee express parcel have been stuck in hub over a few weeks.

the cs is also not very helpful either, guess all seller should temporarily disable the spx shipping option till they sort this out, else it will be a waste of time for both customer and seller.

I only have one order by Shopee Express for this round of sales. Picked up on 6 May. It reached my local hub quite fast on 8 May. Usually when that happens, it will be delivered the next day but it has been there since last Friday. Update: Finally delivered today, 13 May.

As for "Next Day Delivery", I remember getting a voucher of some sort as compensation automatically when one of my Next Day orders was late by a day.

i'm still waiting for my refund after 3 days. parcel still stuck since 23rd april. almost 1 month i cannot get my stuff...

Anyone face before after request refund, then repurchase the same item (while waiting refund), they end up sending the stuff to you and you get duplicate item (but you dont want it bcause you arleady bought it and was expecting refund)? anyone kena that situation?

Its too long to wait for refund and I want to buy the item (SSD) to move my old PC to a new one for my niece who need it for her school studies..now i cannot do the move cos i havent get my SSD or refund to confirm i can repurchase...

after sitting more than a week in U10 finally today theres some movement

Mine also stuck in sorting centre U10 since 5th May. Called CS and they asked me to select refund, otherwise later if item really go missing and refund button not available anymore, very hard to get refund.

Got such thing meh? If item status change to missing, order will be automatically refunded.
