 Shopee - parcel stuck and no news on refund

Had anyone had their parcel stuck at the famous U10 sorting centre for more than 1-2 weeks before, and requested refund but didnt revert even after 2 working days?

I had tried to call their support centre, live agent no less than 5 times but didnt get a satisfactory answer or resolution to my issue. Just wondering anyone had faced the issue before and what have you tried to get the issue sorted (either get a refund or get your parcel delivered in the end)?

Their customer service is really really bad sad.gif

Delivery is using ShopeeExpress

Shoppee online customer service q is at 4 digit while Lazada is at 2 digit je

weeks leading to raya, same issue happened and same sorting centre, requested refund twice then managed to get back money

refund will take some time, so far they are responsive (but took longer than the promised 2 working days)

I bought item using shopee and seller post using JNT also okay for me. xD maybe depends on area kua.. SPX should be fast oh.. unless your parcel hilang. what item is that? lol

Dont worry, normally 3 days they revert. They need get the courier to check whether parcel was lost

i really hope this is the case...in total i would have waited 3 weeks to get my parcel plus havent count how long it takes when i reorder - total wait time 4 weeks...crazy sad.gif

Yeah, usually if something is stuck, I'll enquire with CS, they'll say to wait and I'll just leave it be. Eventually it'll be delivered or refunded.

I only have one Shopee Express order this round. It went all the way to the local hub of Kajang quite fast and has been there since 8/5. Usually when it's reaches Kajang, it gets delivered the next day. I got a feeling it's lost. Small item, cable of some sort.

Should had just waited for it, shopee will notify you to ask refund due to delay, that baru can dpt terus. You manual asking confirm kasi delay auto refund.

I make purchase both on laz and shopee at the same time.

1 out of 2 goods delivered from laz. Pending tomorrow another delivery.

Meanwhile, shopee 0 out of 4 goods still stuck in some sorting center not moving for pos and ninja. Disappointed

Lol u think that was bad? At least you knpw which sorting center it is in.

Mine got 3 seperate parcels all shitpeexpress show status departed from station since 28th april.

Another 2 stuck in U10 sorting center since 30th april.

Fedup with shitpeeexpress wanna refund for all 5 items.

Just received food parcel which we ordered on 5/5. It was supposed to be shipped out by 10 n we received it today. Jnt...no problem.
