I have 2 fucking parcels stuck at the U10 since early of may. Fucking shopee need to stop forcing people to use their shitty courier.

It’s for cases where the shopee guarantee already exceed the timeframe, and shopee already paid seller, but your item still hasn’t arrived. If you wana get refund by then, need to fill up form and wait for approval.

My item ordered 5th May, shipped out 5th May, stuck in U10 since 5th May till now. So CS told me to faster click refund first, otherwise if wait three more days, shopee will release payment to seller, and my ‘refund’ button will no longer be available. Then have to fill up form and wait for approval.

i immediately checked today's order and incidentally ...

my SPX delivery within 24 hours. yesterday place order, afternoon seller dropped the parcel, now already received. damn fast man!

also passed through U10 sorting place

mine arrived at delivery hub 5 days ago but still no attempts to deliver. This is shopeexpress too

The delivery guys nowadays always pick the recent parcels because sending old overdue parcels means they’re late and failed their deliveries which resulted in parcel value deduction.

When their backlog is really ready bad and need to clear off then they will do “promo” for clearing parcels without penalty. That’s when old parcels either get delivered or returned.

thing is the stuff only available at pasar road ,but damn leceh to go there just for the parts. lucky found the exact parts in shopee.
