I still suggest sedan especially Honda City.

Since your new born and baby car seat going to be rear facing config as long as they can. You will appreciate the extra room after you installed the car seat.

And sedan is easier to ingress and egress.

overall easier to maintain (generally speaking). balance between comfort and stability (at least for toyota sedans). also depending on the driver and passenger, some might say is easier to put things in/ go in and out of it. especially if you are not tall..

SUV. Sedans' sales has been dropping steadily for the past few years. So Sedans are being designed and marketed more towards younger gens by being made more sporty or trendy.

SUV suitable for all types of drivers. It isn't too hard to park. Easier to drive in long distance driving. More boot space. Doesn't cost as much as years ago.

but if you feel that is perfectly fine for u then why not just go for sedan

income enough? suv cost more and more fuel

Sedan for me. I dont like suv handling. Like lower car for cornering n overtaking. Get camry so comfortable no need suv

SUV cant put lotsa stuff with small boot. Only can fold down the back seats for more cargo space but then u will lacking another 2 - 3 passenger seats.

not entirely true, if you are talking about 7 seater SUV, there are more space then any C-Segment sedan. In any C-Segment SUV, you can even fit in a mountain bike which no sedan can. Guess the SUV you were referring to is something like a Activa? or X50?
