uhhh, who in razersupport did you ask?
or where in razersupport did you go? cos i dont remember any mention of warranty on there.

warranty is mentioned here, and of cos its 2years.

im pretty sure the card that comes with your razer product also mentions 2yrs warranty, so its pretty obvious no one bothered to read it.

ban leong also has 2yrs warranty, and they are the official distributors.
so how can a dealer offer 1yr warranty more than the distributor?

but that was last year before DA got released.. i remember when they release DA they came up with the 30 days money back guarantee or something.. maybe from then onwards they increase the warranty period..

weird la, that person in razersupport must be noob

cos even original diamondback had 2yrs warranty when first released about 2yrs ago.

duno la.. dun really matter to me coz i know how to get more than 2 yrs warranty..

i doubt i will stay with any mouse more than 2yrs anyway
my razer viper only few months, razer DB about 11mths with me, now CH 1yr10mths, now to see how long my DB 3G can last.

he means he always change mouse.. haha.. but smtimes razer mouse spoil le.. but good thing their RMA service not bad.. ban leong cannot RMA den go direct to them.. word of advice, dun register ur mouse/keyboard online on their site.. hehe..
