i'll put up a small guide/walk thru, watever u wanna call it, or what i've done and what are the RMA process when i did it online..
1. send them a ticket, go straight to the point, tell them ur problem, give as much info as possible.. no need to say hi good day all those.. straight to the point
2. IF the info given to them is good enough, then they'll reply with this:

ignore the USA thing, just tell them ur not from USA and give them ur current details/address..
BUT, if its not good enough, then u'll get something like this, or similar

ignore the date coz i got that as an example from my previous tickets
3. after providing ur info, they'll ask for ur confirmation, u'll be looking at something like this:

4. once confirmed, they'll provide u with the shipping info, including the RMA number

i got this late coz i wasnt sure whether i should RMA the mouse or not, so i replied them late, and got this a few hrs after i made up my mind to go with the RMA
5. after they've received ur mouse, or after a week or so, depending on wat kinda courier service ur using, send them another ticket having ur RMA number, n ask watever u want e.g when will u be receiving ur mouse or whether they have received the mouse already anot..
they will then provide u with the tracking details or any extra info -

see how efficient? they might however ask u some stuff about ur mouse, maybe a little bit of troubleshooting or wat..
hehe.. i also got replacement for my exactmat .. wow
.. this is why i never go for other brands already..
in addition to that, i've also scheduled an RMA for my tarantula.. everything has been confirmed, just that i'll be sending it in somewhere in december when i get be back to malaysia.. hoho.. that means, new tarantula, again!
