Yes the same plan for 300mbps. Yes initially 6 months but during the call, the girl (TM CS) offered me 24 months of free Disney+ with 6 month for the 1st tranches and another 18 month of another tranches. During my report with live chat also confirmed by them that my package have remark of 24 months free of Disney+.

After 6 month, there is no further subscription and TM side seem like cannot solved this. That's why I'm asking is there anyone have the same case like me.

Want to ask if there is anyone with package of unifi 300Mbps - Extra Plus (VAR + UPB)? I got mine with RM169 per month which also entitled for 1month free bill and free upgrade of 500mbps for 6 month since october 2022. The thing is, I still getting that 500mbps speed till now. Does this speed maintain forever for my account or will it go for 1 to 2 year?

if currently on 300mbps plan with aneka pack of RM169 per month can change to SWU 3.0 300 mbps? contract left 1 year 2 month.

Meaning no issue with me currently on contract and also current plan which is more expensive than SWU 3.0 package?

mine still maintain at 500mbps. quite weird but last year during my chat with TM also mention that my speed will maintain at 500mbps moving forward even after that free 6 months.

Same as my parent package price but last time I downgrade their ultimate plan to aneka since never use that unifitv so deduct RM30 and I got RM159 for 500mbps+aneka pack.

Then hopefully I can forever enjoy this 500mbps speed at RM169.

Wow, my offer last year October is 300mbps, 1 month free bill, 6 month free upgrade of 500mbps, free router wifi 6, UPB and 1 tv pack but RM169 per month.

GG la TM not even a year now decrease price some more with better offer. at least give us the chance to revert to this la.

Surely this is a good deal as compare to the SWU 3.0. If you deduct that free 6 month, your monthly fee for 24 month will be RM111.75 per month.

Please update if you manage to get a reduced price. same as mine and even though I got 500mbps, Its better if I can get it at RM119 for 300mbps speed. I don't watch that unifitv though.

Yours also overlap with subscription from astro? same as mine and I've noticed that I can steam more device concurrently as it should.

Can I see your subscription detail in Disney Hotstar page? mine same as yours but got only 6 month and there is no further subscription from TM. I've report it to CS but its gonna be a lot of hassle to get back that remaining 18 month of subscription. Its like they acknowledge I got that 24 month of disney which is mention in my order remark last year but they choose not to honor it.

good plan but for mine I got it at RM5 per month under astro package. Quite reluctant to cancel it unless I cancel my astro altogether.

Mine on the legacy package which is astro super pack 1 bundled with disney at RM151 per month. reluctant to cancel since I think this package is the best and since my mom using it and not me.

lucky for you then. mine got scammed with TM. promise for 24 month then only honor 6 month. They got offered me solution in which they asked me to subscribe disney manually and they will give a total of 18 month disney subscription worth of credit balance to my unifi account. still thinking whether I want to take up the offer or not.

I'm ok with 300mbps but also tempted to try that 1gbps speed if there are free upgrade like in gobind era.

what justice? you agreed with the extended contract when signing up for SWU 1.0/2.0. court also cannot help.

even if we make noise, only the new contracted customer will benefit from it.

haiya luckily I wait for feedback 1st before deciding to go to TM Point. But this SMS is very misleading, why need to go to TM point if you want to upgrade? You can just do it by call or live chat right?

I got 2 account, 1st one is 500mbps+aneka RM159 (contract ended) and 2nd one 500mbps+aneka RM169 (contract end next year). Since both account register under same phone number, I'm not sure the offer (800mbps) is for which account. But if it is for my 1st account, better I go and change to SWU3.0 plan lol.

I thought in September I will at least got free speed upgrade for my 1st account. but what can you expect from TM and our current minister lol
