I active router last month. Just check few days ago, no change on contract expiry

my second term contract is almost end. received a call for 300mpbs (internet only) at RM129 free disney hotstar and change to Wifi 6 router. rejected upfront as I'm using RM 99 for 100mbps package(internet only) which is more than enough. Let see if any miracles happen before Xmas.

Thanks for the info! Currently from 300mpbs $179. I know that some have cheaper prices for this package, but it's ok for me I suppose. Then I guess when their contractor comes in to install the router/tv box I can just say no need.

No such thing as "free" from unifi. When they bound you to another 24 months.

Free means should be free, no strings attached. Otherwise that's not free.

BTW, I was very pissed off with TM customer support. Apparently I cannot downgrade my 300 mbps plan to 30 mbps. According to the CS, those are for new customers only. The only want I can get the 30 mbps is to terminate and re-apply again. Here you go unifi, !@@#$. I told CS, then why have the option in my online account to downgrade to 30 mbps plan when tell me on the phone cannot for existing user. Some marketing con here.

And to terminate, the CS say must bring my white modem back to TM shop phyiscally. Cannot do online termination. My plan is past 24 months contract dy. Basically, they make it difficult for users to terminate the service even though it's no longer under contract. No everyone stay nears a TM shop!!!
