Do you get unifi tv pack in your rm129 package?
*

Ah, well, different treatments I guess since it differs I suppose, But not really eyeing that much for 500Mbps if that price gap is far.

Although, I did take a peek at the screenshot when the customer service was trying to check and  took a slight glimpse of the promotion.

Of course could not snap a picture of it since it's Private and Confidential. From what I recall, it goes up to 800Mbps but didn't want to bother since it's out of my budget and will be underutilized.

See, even same SWU 3.0 also got diff offerings by diff Tmpoint…This tm is funny…

Just sign up for SWU2.0 300Mbps RM129 last May and now they annouced SWU3.0 300Mbps RM119 + Free Upgrade 500Mbps 1 year.

Any chance to migrate? 😑

Just try but then otherwise do it when your contract is like 1 year and 6 months in. The staff told me at least 18 months in your contract then can try your chance.

I noticed alot of SWU deals being mentioned around here.

What about new TM customers? Are there any existing deals?

SWU 2.0 100Mbps

Month 1-6: RM0.00
Month 7-24: RM119

(0x6) + (119x18) = 2142
2142 / 24 = RM89.25 monthly average

Got a lot of back door deals. Need to find someone on Facebook.

For me, because I went from rm230 800mbps to 129 300mbps free 6 months on maxis

They are currently offering me rm289 800mbps broadband alone, but free 6 months. This 6 months they said is to offset the maxis rm1200 contract termination fee

They also said it’s better to move to unifi before September, as then you will be eligible to the free upgrade, and to move to the speed one tier below what you actually want, and I want 1gbps

more importantly ....

TM said all rates are retro-effective since March 2023.

• Price revision must apply since March 2023.
• Excess payments since March 2023 must be refunded.

Cannot give either one. Must give both.
No point if revise but didn't return excess amount.
Also no point to return excess but didn't revise for future.

Example; if MSAP-influenced price is retro-active cheaper by RM100 since March 2023, then it is only fair you
return [RM100 * (March - September)] ≈ "RM600".

Don't simply buat bodoh tak tahu and only start cheaper from September onward but silently pocket the "RM600".

How about new user? Should wait after September or sign up one tier below 1st before September?

from what the guy told, same like turbo last time, it is much better to be in unifi during the upgrade

he told me to switch back to unifi before september

so when upgrade comes price will stay the same

but it is just speculation, with fahmi in charge we dont know what the networks are willing to do

retard policy, the entire whole sale pricing is regressive. It is like the more the ISP can use the cheaper it get. This pricing only benefit major ISP, new ISP will have a hard time to complete.
Pricing like that will mean speed upgrade, monthly price stays the same.

MCMC tido.
TM said no need approval of MCMC. Yet no rebuke, no reprimand, no action. Baik rename kepada Jabatan Rubberstamp ISP.

9Tbps costs RM23 millions per month .the policy is only beneficial to UNIFI . the access seekers can not compete with UNIFI . MCMC purposely turns a blind eye on the loophole of this policy.

So no savings (as in reduction in cost of living expenses) unless you downgrade to cheaper plans which comes with new increased speeds?
But where does that leave subscribers already at bottom tier ie. RM89/30Mbps?
