Sorry man, no idea what's going on. I dunno why the prefix (from your router's screenshot) is different for the router's IPv6 and advertised LAN IPv6. And why the IPv6 prefix received by your devices is also different?This is what I have in mine.

For this example:
2001:e68:5428:3ba6::/64 is the prefix I recv from TM via DHCPv6
2001:e68:5428:3ba6::1/64 is my router's IPv6 address
2001:e68:5428:3ba6::/64 is the prefix advertised to my LAN
My devices will get, for example, my Mac mini:
% ifconfig en0 | grep 2001
inet6 2001:e68:5428:3ba6:18d6:b4b2:cb7d:f57d prefixlen 64 autoconf secured
inet6 2001:e68:5428:3ba6:f020:760a:6927:aa1 prefixlen 64 autoconf temporary
my PC:
> netsh interface ipv6 show addresses | findstr 2001
Temporary Preferred 6d23h48m47s 23h48m37s 2001:e68:5428:3ba6:29b5:45aa:3bd3:f632
Public Preferred 29d23h56m59s 6d23h56m59s 2001:e68:5428:3ba6:bca5:11ce:8c78:28c4
You can see that the prefix 2001:e68:5428:3ba6 is consistent.
For IPv6 LAN, SLAAC+Stateless DHCP is the correct setting for TPLink.
One more thing, ensure that your PPPoE client is requesting prefix and not address. Not sure if there's such a setting in TPLink.
